EXIN opens portal to the future of ITSM

26.7.2010 EXIN has launched a new web site dedicated to the ITSM program according to ISO/IEC 20000. The web site balances a clean, professional look with high-tech features.

Just like the qualification program, the site is intended to get back to the essence of ITSM. All the key content and information is easier to access, and instructions about how to take the exam are plain and simple. And all of that can be easily shared with popular social networks.

At launch, the web site includes the following features:

• Quiz –Take the short online sample exam.
• Fast Track Calculator – EXIN’s ITSM program values your other certificates. Find out what exemptions you qualify for.
• ITSM Candidate Register – Search our online directory of ITSM certified professionals.

Bringing value to the ITSM community is also an important goal of the new site. Candidates and trainers will learn about the recent events and trends in the ITSM industry. The site will also be kept active with regular updates and blogs by EXIN’s global network of offices and experts.

In the future EXIN will continue to roll-out new additions. Visit the site regularly for the video features, publications and promotions that will be coming soon.
